CodeTwo price and CodeTwo pricing for Email Signatures 365 at 10 to 450 users

CodeTwo is one of the cheapest serious signature tools for Microsoft 365, and its price list is short: one plan, all features, a rate per user that falls as you add people. Here is what it comes to per month at the sizes companies actually buy at, the three things that change the number, and where Exclaimer and a flat price sit next to it.

The short answer

CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 costs $1.22 per user a month on annual billing for 10 to 25 users, $1.11 at 100 users, $0.95 at 200 and $0.76 at 450. Monthly billing is roughly 10 percent higher. The minimum order is 10 licenses, shared mailboxes that send mail count as users, and 500 users and above is quoted. In practice that means about $30 a month for a 25 person company, $111 for 100 people and $342 for 450. It covers Microsoft 365 only.

How much is a CodeTwo subscription

These are the rates on CodeTwo's own pricing page for Email Signatures 365, read on September 26, 2026, in US dollars per user per month. There is one plan with every feature in it, so the only variables are how many licenses you buy and how you pay.

Two details on that page are easy to miss. Earlier in September the list ran to a published rate at 500 users; it now stops at 450 and asks larger companies to request a quote. And CodeTwo offers discounts to nonprofits, to its partners and to customers moving from its on-premises product, none of which show in the table. If you are a registered nonprofit, ask before you pay list.

What CodeTwo costs per month at six company sizes

Per user rates are hard to budget with. This is the same price list turned into the monthly figure finance will actually see, next to Exclaimer Standard and our own flat plans, so the comparison is on one line.

UsersCodeTwo, yearly billingCodeTwo, monthly billingExclaimer Standard, yearlyAutoSignature, yearlyAutoSignature, monthly
25$30.50$34.00$36.25$79$99
50$60.50$67.00$72.50$239$299
100$111.00$123.00$145.00$239$299
200$190.00$210.00$290.00$639$799
300$261.00$291.00$435.00$639$799
450$342.00$382.50$652.50$639$799

Read it plainly: CodeTwo is the cheapest column at every size, and it is cheaper than we are by a wide margin. A 100 person company pays about $1,332 a year for CodeTwo against $2,868 for our Business plan on yearly billing. If your whole company is on Microsoft 365 and you are happy with how CodeTwo applies signatures, the price argument is theirs. The Exclaimer figures use its Standard plan at $1.45 per user; the full two vendor breakdown is in Exclaimer vs CodeTwo pricing.

Three things that make the CodeTwo bill bigger than the headcount

Shared mailboxes are licenses

CodeTwo licenses users and shared mailboxes whose mail goes through its service or that use its Outlook add-in. A 60 person company with info@, billing@, support@ and four team inboxes that reply to customers is buying 67 licenses, not 60.

Run a quick count in the Microsoft 365 admin center under shared mailboxes before you request a quote, and decide which ones genuinely need a signature.

Monthly billing costs about 10 percent

At 25 users the monthly rate is $1.36 against $1.22 on annual billing. On a small order that is a few dollars. On 450 users it is about $40 a month, or close to $490 a year, for the option to cancel in any month.

Most companies that expect to keep the tool for a year are better off on annual billing and a calendar reminder a month before renewal.

The minimum and the ceiling

The minimum order is 10 licenses, so a six person firm still pays for ten. At the other end, 500 users and above is quoted rather than listed, which usually means a better rate and also means you negotiate it.

Whatever you sign, put the renewal date and notice period in your contract management software so the auto renewal does not decide for you.

What the CodeTwo price includes, and what it does not

One plan, all features, is a genuinely good deal. The limits are about scope and architecture, not about features held back for a higher tier.

Question a buyer asksCodeTwo Email Signatures 365
Every feature in one planYes, no add-ons or feature tiers
Microsoft 365 and Exchange OnlineYes, this is what it is built for
Google Workspace and GmailNo product for it
How signatures are appliedCloud mode routes mail through CodeTwo's service in Microsoft Azure; Outlook mode uses an add-in; combo mode uses both
Signatures on mail from phonesYes in cloud mode, because it is added after sending

The routing point is the one security reviews ask about. In cloud mode, outbound mail leaves your tenant through connectors, gets its signature in CodeTwo's Azure hosted service in the region you pick, and comes back. That is a well established design and plenty of regulated companies accept it. If your review does not, Outlook mode avoids it at the cost of an add-in on every machine. How Microsoft's own tools compare is on the Office 365 email signature management page.

When CodeTwo is the right buy, and when it is not

Pay the CodeTwo price if

Every mailbox you care about is in Microsoft 365, your security team is comfortable with mail passing through a vendor's Azure service or you are fine deploying an add-in, and cost per seat is the deciding line on the purchase. At those terms it is hard to beat, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Look elsewhere if

Part of the company runs Google Workspace, which is common after an acquisition or when a sales team lives in Gmail. Paying CodeTwo for the Microsoft side and a second vendor for Gmail means two templates, two admin consoles and two renewals. The options that cover both, with their prices, are in CodeTwo Google Workspace alternatives.

The same goes if you would rather the signature lived on the mailbox itself, with no mail relay and nothing installed. That is how AutoSignature works on every plan, flat at $99, $299 or $799 a month; the trade-offs are on the CodeTwo alternative page.

CodeTwo pricing questions

How much is a CodeTwo subscription?

CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 is one plan priced per user per month. On annual billing it is $1.22 at 10 and 25 users, $1.11 at 100, $0.95 at 200 and $0.76 at 450, with 500 users and above quoted. Monthly billing costs about 10 percent more, for example $1.36 at 25 users. The minimum is 10 licenses.

Does CodeTwo charge for shared mailboxes?

Yes. CodeTwo licenses users and shared mailboxes whose email goes through its service or that use its Outlook add-in. If info@, sales@ and support@ send mail that should carry a signature, each one needs a license, so count them before you size the order.

Is there a CodeTwo pricing calculator?

CodeTwo's pricing page lets you pick a user count and billing period and shows the per user rate. The rates step down at 50, 75, 100 and every 25 or 50 users after that. The table in this article gives the monthly and yearly total at the most common company sizes so you can budget without the calculator.

Did CodeTwo raise its prices?

The per user rates on CodeTwo's pricing page were the same on September 20 and September 26, 2026: $1.22 at 10 to 25 users on annual billing. What changed at the top end is that 500 users and above is now shown as request a quotation rather than a listed rate. Check the live page before you sign.

Is CodeTwo cheaper than Exclaimer?

Yes, at every size we priced. At 100 users CodeTwo is $111 a month on annual billing against $145 for Exclaimer Standard, and at 450 users it is $342 against about $652. Exclaimer's advantage is that it also covers Google Workspace, which CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 does not. Exclaimer's own tiers are set out on the Exclaimer alternative page.

Does CodeTwo work with Google Workspace?

No. CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 is built for Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online, and CodeTwo does not sell a Google Workspace signature product. A company with Gmail users needs a second tool for them or a product that covers both platforms, such as the one described on Google Workspace email signature management.
