WiseStamp vs CodeTwo pricing and features at 25 to 450 users
Two very different price lists. WiseStamp charges a monthly base fee plus a dollar per employee, and the tier you pick decides whether signatures are applied on the server. CodeTwo sells one plan with everything in it, priced per user. Here is what each comes to at the sizes companies buy at, the like for like comparison, and the platform question that usually decides it.

The short answer
CodeTwo is cheaper than WiseStamp at every company size. CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 costs $1.22 per user a month on annual billing at 10 to 25 users, $1.11 at 100 and $0.76 at 450, with server side signatures included. WiseStamp costs $19, $49 or $189 a month plus $1 per employee on Basic, Grow or Platform, and only Platform applies signatures on the server. At 100 users that is $111 a month for CodeTwo against $149 for WiseStamp Grow and $289 for Platform. CodeTwo covers Microsoft 365 only; WiseStamp also covers Gmail.
How the two price lists work
Both vendors publish their rates, and both were read from their own pricing pages on October 9, 2026, in US dollars on annual billing.
WiseStamp
Base + $1 per employee a month
Basic
$19
Grow
$49
Platform
$189
Basic has 5 templates and 1 admin, Grow 20 templates and 5 admins, Platform unlimited templates, 10 admins, SSO and server side deployment. 3 seat minimum, annual billing.
CodeTwo Email Signatures 365
$1.22 per user a month at 10 to 25 users
$1.22, $1.21, $1.11, $0.95 and $0.76 per user by size. One plan with every feature, 10 license minimum, monthly billing about 10 percent more, Microsoft 365 only.
The shapes matter more than the headline rates. WiseStamp's base fee makes it relatively expensive for small teams on Platform and relatively cheap per head once you are large on Basic. CodeTwo's rate falls with volume, so its advantage grows as you add people. Each vendor's own breakdown is in WiseStamp pricing and CodeTwo pricing and license cost.
WiseStamp vs CodeTwo cost per month at five company sizes
Monthly totals on annual billing. The last column is our yearly price for the plan that covers that many mailboxes, so the comparison sits in one table.
| Users | CodeTwo | WiseStamp Basic | WiseStamp Grow | WiseStamp Platform | AutoSignature |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 25 | $30.50 | $44 | $74 | $214 | $49 (Team) |
| 50 | $60.50 | $69 | $99 | $239 | $149 (Business) |
| 100 | $111 | $119 | $149 | $289 | $149 (Business) |
| 200 | $190 | $219 | $249 | $389 | $399 (Scale) |
| 450 | $342 | $469 | $499 | $639 | $399 (Scale) |
| Users, per year | CodeTwo | WiseStamp Basic | WiseStamp Grow | WiseStamp Platform | AutoSignature |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 25 | $366 | $528 | $888 | $2,568 | $588 |
| 50 | $726 | $828 | $1,188 | $2,868 | $1,788 |
| 100 | $1,332 | $1,428 | $1,788 | $3,468 | $1,788 |
| 200 | $2,280 | $2,628 | $2,988 | $4,668 | $4,788 |
| 450 | $4,104 | $5,628 | $5,988 | $7,668 | $4,788 |
Read it plainly: CodeTwo is the cheapest line in every row. WiseStamp Basic gets within $8 a month of it at 100 users, but Basic is the tier without server side deployment, so it is not the same product. We are more expensive than CodeTwo at every size. Against WiseStamp Platform, the tier that matches CodeTwo, we are cheaper at 25, 50, 100 and 450 users and $10 a month more at 200. A shared mailbox that sends mail is a CodeTwo license too, so count info@ and sales@ before you compare.
Which WiseStamp plan matches CodeTwo
Platform. CodeTwo's single plan applies signatures in the cloud as mail leaves Microsoft 365, or through its Outlook add-in, and both modes come in the same price. WiseStamp keeps server side deployment and SSO for Platform and Enterprise, so the cheaper tiers depend on each person's client.
On that like for like basis the gap is large. At 25 users WiseStamp Platform costs about seven times what CodeTwo does, $214 against $30.50 a month. At 100 users it is $289 against $111, and at 450 it is $639 against $342.
Per month at 100 users
What you get for the money
| Item | WiseStamp | CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 |
|---|---|---|
| Mail platforms | Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 | Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online only |
| How signatures are applied | In the mail client on Basic and Grow, server side on Platform and Enterprise | Cloud mode on outgoing mail, or an Outlook add-in, both in the one plan |
| Templates and admins | 5 and 1 on Basic, 20 and 5 on Grow, unlimited and 10 on Platform | Unlimited rules and templates, admin roles included |
| SSO | Platform and up | Signs in with Microsoft accounts |
| What counts toward the bill | Each employee with a signature, 3 seat minimum | Each user or shared mailbox routed or using the add-in, 10 license minimum |
| Billing | Annual, shown per month | Annual, or monthly at about 10 percent more |
| Security paperwork | States SOC 2 Type II | States ISO/IEC 27001 and 27018 |
Both claims come from the vendors' own sites, so ask for the actual report during procurement. A vendor's certificate covers the vendor, not you; if your own customers send security questionnaires, mapping your controls to SOC 2 and ISO 27001 is a separate piece of work worth starting before the next renewal. Which one to buy
Buy CodeTwo if
Every mailbox is on Microsoft 365, you want signatures applied without relying on each person's Outlook, and price is the deciding line. It is the cheapest serious option for that company, and the CodeTwo alternative page says so in its own table.
Buy WiseStamp if
You run Gmail, or Gmail and Outlook together, marketing owns the signature and wants a friendly designer, and Basic or Grow covers your rollout. Plan on Platform if IT wants signatures applied centrally. The trade offs are on the WiseStamp alternative page.
Look at a flat plan if
You have both platforms and want one bill, you are hiring fast, or you want the signature on the mailbox with no add-in and no mail routed through a vendor. AutoSignature is $49, $149 or $399 a month on yearly billing, Outlook and Gmail on every plan, with pricing by band, not by head.

WiseStamp vs CodeTwo questions
Is WiseStamp cheaper than CodeTwo?
No, not at any company size we priced. At 100 users CodeTwo costs $111 a month on annual billing, against $119 on WiseStamp Basic, $149 on Grow and $289 on Platform. The gap is widest like for like: CodeTwo includes server side signatures in its one plan, and WiseStamp only offers them on Platform.
Which is better, WiseStamp or CodeTwo?
CodeTwo is the better buy for a company entirely on Microsoft 365 that wants server side signatures at the lowest price. WiseStamp is the better fit when the company runs Gmail, or a mix of Gmail and Outlook, and marketing wants an easy template designer. CodeTwo does not cover Google Workspace at all.
Does CodeTwo work with Gmail?
No. CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 is built for Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online, and CodeTwo does not sell a signature product for Google Workspace. WiseStamp covers both Gmail and Microsoft 365 on all of its company plans, so a mixed company would need CodeTwo plus a second tool.
Does WiseStamp have server side signatures?
Yes, but only on Platform and Enterprise. WiseStamp's pricing page lists server side deployment and SSO as not included on Basic or Grow. Platform costs $189 a month plus $1 per employee on annual billing, which is $289 a month for 100 people.
Does WiseStamp have a monthly plan?
WiseStamp's company plans are shown as billed annually, with no monthly price listed. CodeTwo sells both: monthly billing costs about 10 percent more than annual, for example $1.36 instead of $1.22 per user at 25 users, with a one month minimum term.
What is the minimum number of users for WiseStamp and CodeTwo?
CodeTwo's minimum order is 10 licenses, and every user or shared mailbox routed through its service or using its Outlook add-in takes a license. WiseStamp's company plans carry a 3 seat minimum on top of the monthly base fee, so its smallest bill is the base fee plus $3.
Outlook and Gmail signatures on one flat bill
Team is $99 a month for up to 25 mailboxes, Business is $299 for up to 150 and Scale is $799 for up to 600, with 50 percent off on yearly billing. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 on every plan, signatures written to the mailbox, no mail relay.
