CodeTwo figures from the CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 pricing page, read October 19, 2026, per license per month times twelve. Letsignit figures from letsignit.com/pricing with US dollars selected, $2 per user per month on the Email signatures and vCards plan, re-checked October 23, 2026. Each vendor's own breakdown is in CodeTwo pricing and Letsignit pricing.
Which is cheaper, CodeTwo or Letsignit
CodeTwo, and by a wide margin once you pass 50 users. CodeTwo lists a per license rate that drops at set tiers: 10, 25, 50, 75 and 100 licenses, then every 25 up to 250 and every 50 up to 500. You buy the exact count you need. Letsignit prices one plan at $2 per user a month, so a 100 person company pays $2,400 and a 500 person company pays $12,000, with no volume break in the numbers published for this page.
The term matters as much as the rate. Letsignit is an annual subscription. Users you add during the year are billed pro rata for the rest of the term, but users who leave do not lower the bill until renewal. CodeTwo's minimum period is one month, so a 14 day trial followed by a monthly plan lets you test with real mailboxes before committing to a year.
Count your sending mailboxes before you ask either for a quote. Shared mailboxes such as billing@ and support@ often count as licenses, and a sales inbox can add several to the number in your HR system. Ask each vendor in writing how it counts them.
Once a vendor is chosen, the remaining work is internal. Raising the purchase order through your procurement software goes faster when the request names the billing term, the license count and the renewal date.
