Email signature banner campaigns in every employee's email
Your company sends thousands of emails a week to people who already know you and already open them. A banner in the signature is the one advertising slot you own outright, and AutoSignature turns it into a campaign with a start date, an end date and a number at the end.

What a campaign is
A banner with a schedule, a target and a link
You upload the artwork, set the link, choose the groups that carry it, and set the dates. On the start date it appears in those signatures. On the end date it comes out by itself, which is the part the manual method never gets right.
- Scheduled start and end dates per campaign, so nothing runs past the event it promoted.
- Targeting per group: the sales team carries the webinar banner, recruitment carries the hiring banner.
- Click tracking per campaign, so the channel is measured rather than assumed.
- Ten campaigns at a time on Business, unlimited on Scale, changed by marketing without an IT ticket.
- A different banner per brand or entity where the company trades under more than one name.
Who runs it
The marketing role. Marketing edits the banners and their schedules, IT keeps templates and deployment, and neither one can undo the other's work. That separation is why a campaign takes ten minutes instead of a ticket queue.
What the studio handles for you
Mail clients are not browsers. The studio hosts the artwork, links it at the size the template expects, serves a high-density version for sharp screens, and previews the result in Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail and mobile before anyone sees it.
- Fixed pixel width inside the signature table, so the banner does not stretch a thread on mobile.
- Alt text on every banner, because images are blocked by default in plenty of clients.
- Dark mode checked, so a banner with a white background does not become a bright block in a dark thread.
- The mobile variant can carry a narrower banner, or none, depending on what you choose.
Sizes, ratios and the clients that misbehave are written out in email banner sizes that render correctly. Teams that used to run banners through Terminus will find what changes, and what does not, on the Sigstr alternative page.
Campaigns that fit company email
- An event or webinar, carried by the teams whose customers should attend, ending on the day it happens.
- A hiring push, carried by the departments that are recruiting, linking to the roles.
- A product launch or a release note, for the first two weeks after it ships.
- A case study or a report, carried by sales and customer teams.
- A seasonal notice such as opening hours, which expires by itself at the end of the period.
- An awareness banner for a compliance change customers need to know about.
Because targeting is per group, two of these can run at the same time without anyone receiving both.
One template, blocks switched on
A banner is a block in the same template as the name, the title, the logo and the disclaimer. Switching it on does not mean redesigning the signature, and switching it off leaves no gap. The feature list covers the other blocks.
