Why a flat price instead of a price per seat?

Because a signature is a company-wide asset, not a per-person tool, and because a per-seat line grows every time you hire. A band price is one number in your budget that stays the same all year.

What happens when we cross a band?

We tell you before it matters, and you move to the next plan from the next billing period. Nobody gets cut off mid-month for hiring.

Can we switch between monthly and yearly?

Yes, at any renewal, in either direction. Switching to yearly applies the yearly rate from the next period.

Do you charge for the people who only receive email?

No. You pay for mailboxes that send signed mail. Shared mailboxes and aliases that use a template count once, not once per person who opens them.

Can we pay by invoice?

Enterprise is invoiced against a purchase order on annual or multi-year terms. Team, Business and Scale are paid by card.

Is there a contract?

Monthly plans have no commitment and stop at the end of the month you paid for. Yearly plans run for the year you bought. Enterprise terms are written into the agreement.
