CodeTwo vs Xink cost at eight team sizes

CodeTwo figures from the CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 pricing page, per license per month times twelve, read October 19, 2026 (cross checked October 14 on the 500 license row). Xink figures from the pricing calculator at xink.io in US dollars, read October 1 and checked October 19, 2026. Each vendor's own breakdown is in CodeTwo pricing and Xink pricing.

Which is cheaper, CodeTwo or Xink

Xink, for most companies. Its calculator moves in steps of 10 users and the per user price falls from $1.10 at 10 users to $0.93 at 100 and $0.55 at 300. CodeTwo lists a per license rate that drops at set tiers, from $1.22 at 10 to 25 licenses to $0.87 at 300. You buy the exact count, which is where CodeTwo wins: a 21 person company pays for 25 licenses, but a 25 person company on Xink pays for 30.

Flexibility is close. CodeTwo sells monthly and yearly licenses with a one month minimum. Xink offers monthly or annual payment with no contract, and the annual price is the same as paying monthly, so there is no reason to lock in a year. Either lets you run a trial and then a short pilot on real mailboxes.

Count your sending mailboxes before asking either for a quote. Shared mailboxes such as billing@ and support@ often count as licenses on CodeTwo, and a contractor who comes and goes moves a Xink bill up or down by a step each time. Ask each vendor in writing how it counts them.

After the purchase, the annual invoice is one more line to code and approve. Teams that run their expense management software on receipts and vendor invoices can tag the signature tool as a company wide subscription from day one, which keeps the renewal date visible.

CodeTwo vs Xink features and deployment

Both place signatures through Outlook, but on different terms. CodeTwo can relay mail through its cloud or run as an add-in, and it is a Microsoft 365 tool. Xink is an add-in plus a web portal that also reaches Gmail. Our column is there for comparison.

When to pick CodeTwo and when to pick Xink

Pick CodeTwo if

You are all on Microsoft 365, want someone on the phone at any hour, run a team of 20 to 25, or need the cloud mode so signatures appear on every message however it is sent. You also get a trial of up to 21 days on as many as 1,000 mailboxes.

Pick Xink if

You have 50 to 300 people, price per user decides it, some mailboxes are on Gmail, and most mail is written in Outlook where the add-in loads. No contract means you can leave after a quarter if it does not fit.

When neither fits

You want nothing installed in Outlook and no relay, with Outlook and Gmail users on one plan. See Office 365 email signature management and Google Workspace email signature management, or read how we compare as a CodeTwo alternative.

Where AutoSignature sits next to both

We are priced as a flat band, so we are not the cheapest at any size in this table. Here are the yearly numbers.

UsersCodeTwo, per yearXink, per yearAutoSignature, per year
25$366$396$588 (Team)
100$1,332$1,116$1,788 (Business)
150$1,782$1,476$1,788 (Business)

At 150 users our Business plan is $6 above CodeTwo and $312 above Xink, and it is a flat $1,788 for anything up to 150 mailboxes. Beyond that our Scale plan covers up to 600 for $4,788, so we are the dearer option at 200 and 300. What you buy from us is the signature written to the mailbox, with no add-in and no relay, so it also appears on mail sent from phones. For the same math across more vendors, see email signature software cost per user.
