Best email signature software for small business priced at 5 to 50 users
Small companies get the worst deal in this category. Several vendors bill a 10 user minimum, others add a flat platform fee, and the "from $0.88 per user" on the pricing page rarely survives contact with a team of seven. This table prices fourteen tools at the sizes small businesses actually are, and says where we lose.

The short answer
For a small business that runs only Microsoft 365, Sigsync is the cheapest real signature manager: $120 a year for 10 users and $216 for 25. For a mixed Outlook and Gmail office, Bybrand ($156 at 10, $246 at 25) and BulkSignature ($106 at 10, $264 at 25) cost the least. AutoSignature is the pick for a team of up to 25 that wants one flat $588 a year, both platforms on the same plan, and nothing for an office manager to install on anyone's laptop.
Our picks by team size
The cheapest tool at 5 people is often not the cheapest at 30, because minimums and flat fees stop mattering as the team grows. Yearly cost on each vendor's list price.

We do not appear in the 26 to 50 column on purpose. Our Business plan is $1,788 a year from 26 mailboxes, which is built for companies heading toward 150. If you have 30 people and price is the deciding factor, one of the three tools above will cost you less.
Fourteen tools by yearly cost at small business sizes
Sorted by cost at 25 users, the most common size for a company that starts looking. Where a vendor bills a minimum, the 5 and 10 user columns show what you actually pay, not the per user rate times five.

| Letsignit | Not published | Not published | $600 | $1,200 | Outlook and Gmail | Minimum not published, yearly only |
All prices were read on each vendor's own pricing page between September 26 and October 7, 2026. WiseStamp Basic does not include server side deployment, which starts on its Platform tier at $2,568 a year for 25 users. Exclaimer's cheaper Starter tier allows one template only. Email Signature Rescue's 5 user figure is its 10 signature pack, because there is no 5 pack.
What 25 people cost for a year
At 25 users the cheapest and the most expensive tool on the list are $384 apart. That is real money for a small company, and it is also less than one afternoon of someone chasing colleagues to paste in the new logo.
The more useful question is what you get for the difference. The four tools at the top all reach Outlook through an add-in or a mail connector that someone has to set up in your tenant. Ours is at the bottom half of the chart because it writes the signature straight into each mailbox and covers Gmail on the same plan.
- Sigsync $216
- Bybrand $246
- BulkSignature $264
- SignatureSatori $321
- CodeTwo $366
- Xink $396
- Exclaimer Standard $435
- Newoldstamp $449
- WiseStamp Basic $528
- AutoSignature $588
- SyncSignature $600
- Email Signature Rescue $600
- Dynasend $600
- Letsignit $600
Four things that matter more at 10 people than at 500
In a small company the person who buys the signature tool is usually the office manager, the owner, or an outside IT provider billing by the hour. That changes what to look for.
- Who installs it. An Outlook add-in has to be deployed from the Microsoft 365 admin center and can take up to a day to appear. A mail routing connector needs someone comfortable in Exchange admin. If nobody in the office is, budget your IT provider's time on top of the license.
- Gmail and Outlook in the same building. Small firms often have a partner on Gmail and staff on Outlook after an acquisition or a merger of two practices. CodeTwo, Sigsync and Dynasend cover Microsoft only, SignatureSatori covers Gmail only.
- Minimums. At seven people, a 10 seat minimum means paying for three ghosts. Check the order form, not the headline rate.
- Shared mailboxes. info@ and billing@ are often the busiest addresses in a small company. Some vendors count them as licenses; we count a shared mailbox once.
When AutoSignature is the right small business buy
We are not the cheapest tool for a small team and we do not pretend to be. The Team plan is $49 a month billed yearly, or $99 month to month, for anything from 1 to 25 mailboxes.
It earns the difference in a few specific situations. You run Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace side by side and want one template, one console and one bill. You have no in-house IT and do not want an add-in rollout or a mail connector in your tenant. You expect to grow from 12 to 25 people this year and would rather the bill not move with every hire. Or you need a locked legal line, like the license numbers a California insurance agency or a real estate brokerage must show on every message.
The signature is often the most widely seen piece of a small company's brand, more than the website, because it goes out hundreds of times a day. Keep the logo, colors and phone number in the signature identical to what visitors see when they click through; if the site is the weaker of the two, an AI website builder can bring it up to the same standard in an afternoon.

Small business signature software questions
What is the best email signature software for small business?
For a small business on Microsoft 365 only, Sigsync is the best value at $120 a year for 10 users and $216 for 25. For a mixed Outlook and Gmail office, Bybrand and BulkSignature cost the least. AutoSignature fits a team of up to 25 that wants one flat $588 a year, both platforms, and no add-in for anyone to install.
How much does email signature software cost for a small business?
On published list prices, a 10 person company pays between about $106 and $600 a year, and a 25 person company between $216 and $600. The spread comes from seat minimums, flat platform fees and whether the vendor bills per user or per company. Most tools need yearly billing to reach those numbers.
Is there email signature software with no minimum number of users?
Yes. Sigsync charges a $5 a month minimum below five users, Newoldstamp sells from a single signature, Bybrand starts at $8 a month, and AutoSignature's Team plan is one flat price for 1 to 25 mailboxes. CodeTwo, Exclaimer and BulkSignature bill at least 10 users, and SyncSignature and WiseStamp have small seat minimums too.
Can I manage email signatures without an IT department?
Yes, if you pick a tool that does not need an add-in pushed to every computer or a mail routing connector configured in your tenant. A tool that connects once with an admin account and writes the signature to each mailbox can be run by an office manager, and every new hire picks up the signature from the directory. How that works is on centralized email signature management.
What is the cheapest email signature software for Google Workspace?
For a Gmail only company, SignatureSatori is the cheapest tool we track: about $67 a year for 5 users, $132 for 10 and $321 for 25, billed monthly. Bybrand is close behind and also covers Outlook. Google Workspace's own footer setting is free but appends the same text to everyone and cannot fill in each person's details.
Do I need email signature software for a team of 10?
You need it once signatures start drifting: wrong titles, old phone numbers, a missing license line or a logo nobody updated. At 10 people that costs about $106 to $175 a year with most tools, which is less than an hour of someone fixing signatures by hand each quarter.
One signature for the whole team, set once
Team is $49 a month billed yearly for 1 to 25 mailboxes, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace included. Connect your tenant, map the directory fields, preview each person's signature, and roll it out to one group before the rest.
