Xink email signature pricing and cost per user for 10 to 300 users
Xink does not print a price list. It hides one behind a calculator that only shows a number once you pick a headcount, which is why review sites still quote figures from older versions of the page. We pulled the full table from the calculator itself. Here is what a team pays at each size, and where it stops being the cheapest option.

The short answer
Xink charges by headcount in steps of 10 users. In US dollars its calculator shows $11 a month for 10 users, $52 for 50, $93 for 100, $142 for 200 and $165 for 300, so the rate falls from $1.10 per user to $0.55. Annual billing is the monthly total times twelve, there is no contract, and above 300 users the price is quoted. Signatures reach Outlook through an add-in and Gmail through its Google Workspace connection. Xink is cheaper than AutoSignature at every size it publishes.
How much does Xink cost per month at each size
Each bar is one step of Xink's calculator, from 10 to 300 users, read in US dollars on October 1, 2026. The monthly total climbs fast to about 100 users, then flattens: going from 200 to 300 people adds only $23 a month.
The calculator offers USD, EUR and GBP and uses the same numbers for all three, so a UK or EU office sees the same figures with a different symbol.
10 users
$1.10per user a month
100 users
$0.93per user a month
300 users
$0.55per user a month
Xink cost at eight team sizes
The calculator only accepts multiples of 10, so a 25 person company buys the 30 user step. The right hand columns are our price for the plan that covers the same headcount, billed yearly.
| Users | Xink, per month | Xink, per year | AutoSignature, per year | Difference per year |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 | $11 | $132 | $588 (Team) | $456 more with us |
| 25 (bills as 30) | $33 | $396 | $588 (Team) | $192 more with us |
| 50 | $52 | $624 | $1,788 (Business) | $1,164 more with us |
| 100 | $93 | $1,116 | $1,788 (Business) | $672 more with us |
| 150 | $123 | $1,476 | $1,788 (Business) | $312 more with us |
| 200 | $142 | $1,704 | $4,788 (Scale) | $3,084 more with us |
| 300 | $165 | $1,980 | $4,788 (Scale) | $2,808 more with us |
| 301 to 600 | Quoted, contact Xink | $4,788 (Scale) | Compare against your quote | |
There is no row where we are cheaper, and we would rather you read that here than on a call. The closest is 150 users, where the gap is $312 a year. Past 150 our bill steps up to Scale while Xink's keeps flattening, so a 200 to 300 person company pays roughly two and a half times as much with us. If price is the deciding line and Xink covers what you need, buy Xink. On monthly billing our plans are $99, $299 and $799.
A note on the review sites: several still list $1 per user, $0.93 at 100, $0.55 at 500 and $0.39 at 1,000. The first two match the calculator. The calculator now stops at 300 and reaches $0.55 there, so treat the 500 and 1,000 figures as old until Xink quotes them to you.
Four things that change the Xink bill
Annual is not cheaper
The calculator multiplies the monthly total by twelve for yearly billing, so there is no annual discount to chase. Paying monthly with no contract costs the same and keeps the exit open, which is unusual in this category.
Every 10 people is a new step
Headcount rounds up to the next 10. Hiring the 51st person moves a team from $52 to $61 a month. Each step is small, but a company that adds and removes contractors often will see the bill move every month.
Brand and marketing used to be separate
Xink has long described its price as depending on whether you use the Brand part, the Marketing part, or both. Today's calculator shows a single Brand price. If banner campaigns and click statistics matter to you, ask Xink in writing whether they are inside that number.
Partners and discounts
Education, nonprofit and government buyers can ask for a discount, and Xink publishes a separate partner price list for resellers and IT providers who pool users across clients. An MSP should start there, not on the public calculator.
What you are paying for, and how it reaches Outlook
Xink is a web portal where you build templates, pull employee details from a directory, and schedule campaigns with built in tracking. On Microsoft 365 the signature is placed by the Xink Outlook add-in, which runs in new Outlook, classic Outlook, Outlook on the web and on phones. You deploy it from Microsoft AppSource with a linked Entra ID connection, or from a manifest in Xink's private store if you need its multi company features.
The add-in route means no mail is relayed through a vendor server, which security teams like. The trade is that the signature only appears where the add-in is loaded. Mail sent from a client that does not run Outlook add-ins goes out without it.
Directory sources Xink reads
- Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
- Google Workspace directory
- Active Directory on premises
- SQL Azure and SQL on premises
- API access
Mail clients it lists
- New Outlook and classic Outlook
- Outlook on the web and mobile, through the add-in
- Gmail
- Other email clients
How AutoSignature differs
We write the approved signature straight to each Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace mailbox from directory fields. Nothing is installed in Outlook and no mail is relayed, so the signature is there in every client the employee uses, including phone apps that never load an add-in. It also means a new hire has the right signature on day one, ready for the first client email after their onboarding training wraps up.
When Xink pricing is the right call, and when it is not
Pay it if
You have 10 to 300 people, price matters most, and your company mostly writes email in Outlook where the add-in runs. Monthly billing with no contract is a real advantage for a business that wants to try a tool for a quarter before committing, and the rate keeps falling as you grow toward 300.
Look elsewhere if
You want nothing installed in Outlook, a lot of your mail goes out from phones or third party clients, or you are between 300 and 600 people and want a published number instead of a quote. AutoSignature writes signatures to the mailbox and covers up to 600 mailboxes on Scale for $4,788 a year. The platform detail is on the Outlook signature manager page and in Office 365 email signature management.
Xink cost next to other tools at 50 users
Yearly cost for a 50 person company on each vendor's published price, read on their own pricing pages between September 20 and October 1, 2026, cheapest first.
| Tool | Price basis | Yearly cost at 50 users | How it applies signatures |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sigsync | Calculator, 20 percent code, 11 months billed | $420 | Relay or Outlook add-in, Microsoft only |
| BulkSignature | $0.88 per user a month | $528 | Outlook add-in |
| Xink | $52 a month at 50 users | $624 | Outlook add-in |
| Rocketseed | 50 employee tier, plus a setup fee | $705 | Server side relay |
| CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 | $1.21 per user a month at 50 | $726 | Server side, Microsoft only |
| Newoldstamp | $799 a year for 50 signatures | $799 | Office add-in |
| SyncSignature | $1.60 per user a month | $960 | Outlook add-in |
| AutoSignature | $149 a month on Business, yearly | $1,788 | Written to the mailbox |
At 50 users we are the most expensive tool on this list. What the difference buys is a signature with no add-in and no relay, locked legal blocks by group, roles for several admins, and one step rollback on Business. If none of those are on your requirements list, choose from the rows above. The full breakdowns are in the Rocketseed alternative comparison, the Sigsync alternative page and the wider email signature management software table.
Xink pricing questions
How much does Xink cost?
Xink's pricing calculator charges by headcount in steps of 10 users. In US dollars it shows $11 a month for 10 users, $52 for 50, $93 for 100, $123 for 150, $142 for 200 and $165 for 300, which is $1.10 per user at the low end and $0.55 at 300. Above 300 users the price is quoted.
Is Xink cheaper on an annual plan?
Not on the calculator. Xink offers monthly or annual payment with no contract, and its calculator works out the yearly total as the monthly total times twelve, so 100 users cost $93 a month or $1,116 a year either way. The benefit of annual is one invoice, not a lower rate. Education, nonprofit and government discounts are on request.
Does Xink have a free trial?
Yes. Xink advertises a 14 day trial with no credit card needed, and offers a booked demo for larger rollouts. During the trial you connect your directory and build templates in its web portal, then deploy through the Outlook add-in or to Gmail, the same way a paying customer would.
How does Xink add signatures in Outlook?
Through the Xink Outlook add-in, which runs in Outlook on Windows, Mac, the web and mobile. It is deployed either from Microsoft AppSource, which needs a linked Entra ID connection, or from a manifest in Xink's private store, which adds multi company features. The add-in talks to Exchange Online over Microsoft Graph and EWS.
What is the minimum number of users for Xink?
The calculator starts at 10 users and moves in steps of 10, so a 7 person team pays the 10 user price of $11 a month and a 25 person team pays the 30 user price of $33 a month. That is the same 10 user floor as Exclaimer and CodeTwo, and lower than Rocketseed's 50 employee tier.
Does Xink work with Google Workspace?
Yes. Xink lists Gmail as a supported client and the Google Workspace directory as a data source, next to Microsoft 365, Entra ID, on premises Active Directory and SQL. One account can manage Outlook and Gmail signatures from the same portal, at the same per user price.
Signatures on every mailbox, with no add-in to deploy
Team is $99 a month for up to 25 mailboxes, Business is $299 for up to 150 and Scale is $799 for up to 600, with 50 percent off on yearly billing. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 on every plan, signatures written to the mailbox.
