For teams past 20 people

Email Signature Rescue alternative with central deployment and a flat price

Email Signature Rescue is a good signature designer for a small team. Past 20 people it gets harder: every employee receives a Signature Key and installs the signature on each laptop, phone and webmail they use, and the bill becomes $2 per user a month. We push one approved signature to every mailbox from Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, with nothing for anyone to install.

The short answer

Email Signature Rescue costs $99 to $499 a year for 3 to 20 signatures, then $2 per user a month. It is client side: each employee installs the signature from a Signature Key on every device. Under 25 people and between 26 and 74 it is cheaper than we are. Pick AutoSignature at 25, from 75 to 150 or from 200 to 600 mailboxes, or whenever you need IT to push the signature instead of asking every person to install it.

How Email Signature Rescue reaches each employee

The admin builds the signatures in the dashboard and distributes them in one click. Each team member then gets an email with a unique Signature Key and an HTML file, and installs the signature with the Windows, macOS or browser installer, or by following a guide for their mail app.

That is one install per person per mail app. A company of 50 where each person writes from a laptop, a phone and webmail has 150 installs to finish, and the same again whenever a person changes device. Nobody in IT can see which of them are done.

With AutoSignature the signature is written to the mailbox itself through Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, so it appears in Outlook, Gmail and the mobile apps without anyone doing anything. The setup is on how it works.

Email Signature Rescue pricing rises with every hire

Up to 20 signatures Email Signature Rescue sells three small yearly packs. From the 21st person the Conquer plan charges $2 per user a month, so the yearly bill climbs in a straight line. Our plans are three flat bands, so the line crosses them more than once.

We cost less at exactly 25 mailboxes, from 75 to 150 on Business, and from 200 to 600 on Scale. Everywhere else Email Signature Rescue is the cheaper buy.

What Email Signature Rescue costs at each company size

Prices from Email Signature Rescue's USD pricing page, read on October 6, 2026. The packs are yearly; Conquer is billed monthly at $2 per user, so we show it as twelve months. Our column is the yearly price of the plan that fits the same headcount.

Read plainly: a team of up to 24 people pays less at Email Signature Rescue, and so does a company of 26 to 74 or 151 to 199. From 75 to 150 and from 200 to 600 we cost less, and the gap gets wide near the top of each band, because a flat plan does not move when you hire. Two caveats. Conquer is reached by buying the Leader 20 pack first and upgrading from the dashboard, so ask how the unused part of that year is credited. And our monthly price is $99, $299 or $799, which moves the break-even points up if you will not commit to a year. The plan limits are on pricing.

Signature Key installs or a signature on the mailbox

Both tools keep your mail flow untouched. Neither reroutes messages through a vendor relay, which is the point Email Signature Rescue makes about privacy, and it is a fair one. The difference is who finishes the job: each employee, or the admin.

Email Signature Rescue

Coverage depends on every person finishing the install.

  1. 1 Admin designs in the dashboard
  2. 2 Signature Key emailed to each person
  3. 3 Person runs the installer or extension
  4. 4 Repeat on phone and webmail
  5. 5 Signature appears

AutoSignature

Coverage is visible per group in the console.

  1. 1 Admin connects Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
  2. 2 Directory fills each person's fields
  3. 3 Admin approves the rollout
  4. 4 Written to every mailbox
  5. 5 Signature appears everywhere

A client side install has one real advantage: it works in mail apps a server cannot reach, and Email Signature Rescue lists more than 60 email clients, apps and CRM platforms, Apple Mail and Thunderbird included. A mailbox signature has a different one: when the marketing banner or the legal line changes, it changes for everybody the same day, and a person who edits their own copy gets it back on the next sync. The platform detail is on Office 365 email signature management and Google Workspace email signature management.

Where Email Signature Rescue wins and where we do

Email Signature Rescue is the better pick when

  • You have under 25 people

Ten signatures for $299 a year or twenty for $499 is hard to beat, and a small team can finish the installs in an afternoon.

  • You do not run Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace

On a hosting company's mailbox, Apple Mail or a CRM that sends its own mail, a client side install is the only route. We need one of the two directories.

  • You are a designer selling signatures

Its partner program, template library and banner and icon creators are built for agencies that make signatures for clients.

AutoSignature is the better pick when

  • You have 75 to 150 or 200 to 600 mailboxes

A 150 person company saves $1,812 a year and a 600 person company $9,612 against the Conquer rate.

  • IT has to guarantee the signature

Regulated lines, like a financial advisor disclosure or a license number, cannot depend on each person running an installer. We write them to the mailbox and show which groups have them.

  • People join and leave every month

A new hire's signature comes from the directory on day one, with no key to email and no install to chase, and the bill does not change inside a band.

Email Signature Rescue vs AutoSignature, feature by feature

The Email Signature Rescue column comes from its pricing page, its Outlook page and its own article on client side software. Where a point is not described there, the table says so instead of guessing.

Who moves from Email Signature Rescue to AutoSignature

The firm that grew past the 20 pack

A CPA firm started on Leader 20 and now has 90 people across two offices. Conquer would be $2,160 a year and 90 Signature Keys to chase; Business is $1,788 and nobody installs anything.

The brokerage with a compliance line

A real estate brokerage has to show license details on every agent's email. When the line lives on each agent's laptop, the broker cannot prove it is there; on the mailbox, the console shows it.

The 400 person company on a budget review

At $24 per user a year, 400 people cost $9,600 and every hire adds $24. Scale is $4,788 for up to 600 mailboxes, so the next 200 hires do not reopen the budget.

Other Email Signature Rescue competitors worth a look

Moving off Email Signature Rescue in four steps

  1. 01

    Export the design

Download the HTML of your current signature and the image files. Logos, colors and fonts carry over; the console at the top of this page shows the result before anything goes live.

  2. 02

    Connect the directory

Connect Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. Names, titles, phones and offices fill from there, so there is no user list to retype.

  3. 03

    Pilot one group

Roll out to one office first and ask that group to delete the old installed signature in their mail app, or they will send two for a day.

  4. 04

    Cancel before renewal

The packs renew yearly and Conquer monthly. Cancel from the dashboard once every group shows the new signature.

What employees see on day one in Outlook is on the Outlook signature manager page, and the Gmail side on the Gmail signature manager page.

Email Signature Rescue alternative questions

How much does Email Signature Rescue cost?

Email Signature Rescue lists three yearly plans in USD: Founder 3 at $99 a year for 3 signatures, Advantage 10 at $299 for 10 and Leader 20 at $499 for 20. Above 20 people the Conquer plan is $2 per user a month, which you reach by joining the 20 plan and upgrading from the dashboard. That is $1,200 a year for 50 users and $2,400 for 100.

What is the best Email Signature Rescue alternative?

It depends on what pushed you to look. If you want a cheaper per user tool for Microsoft 365 only, CodeTwo or Sigsync. If you want a designer led template library for a handful of people, MySignature or Newoldstamp. If you want signatures pushed to every mailbox from Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace with nothing for employees to install, and a flat price that wins from 75 to 150 and 200 to 600 mailboxes, AutoSignature.

Can Email Signature Rescue push signatures to all users?

Not in the server side sense. An admin distributes signatures from the dashboard in one click, and each team member then receives an email with a unique Signature Key and an HTML file. Each person installs the signature with Email Signature Rescue's Windows, macOS or browser installer apps, or by following its install guides, on every device and mail app they use.

Is Email Signature Rescue client side or server side?

Client side. Email Signature Rescue describes itself as privacy first software that needs no access to your email server, so it never sees message content and no mail is routed through it. The trade off is that the signature is installed on each person's device rather than applied centrally, so coverage depends on every employee completing the install.

Does Email Signature Rescue have a free trial?

There is no free plan. Email Signature Rescue offers a full refund within 7 days of purchase on every plan, which works as a paid trial. It also runs separate free generators for banners, icons and single signatures, which are not the team product.

Who owns Email Signature Rescue?

Email Signature Rescue is run by Loadout Pty Ltd, an Australian company, and has operated since 2013. It prices in USD, AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP and NZD, and runs a partner program for designers and agencies that build signatures for their own clients.
