Signature Satori pricing and SignatureSatori cost per user
SignatureSatori does not print a price list. Its pricing page has a slider, and the number under it comes from a formula in the page itself. We read the formula and ran it at ten company sizes, so you can see the real yearly bill for a Gmail company before you open a trial, and where the cheap per user rate stops being the whole story.

The short answer
SignatureSatori's subscription costs $1.11 per user a month at its 5 user minimum, falling to $1.02 at 50 users, $0.93 at 100, $0.58 at 500 and $0.50 at 1,000, billed monthly in USD. A 100 person company pays $1,116 a year. It also sells one time credits at the same sliding rate, one credit per signature update per user. It covers Gmail on Google Workspace only, with no Microsoft 365 product, and on a Gmail only company it costs less than AutoSignature at every size we checked.
How SignatureSatori pricing works, credits or a subscription
Both models use the same rate curve, which gets cheaper the more users or credits you buy. Figures read on October 6, 2026 from signaturesatori.com/pricing with USD selected.
Pay as you go
Credits
$11for the 10 credit minimum, $1.10 each
- One credit pays for one signature sync of one user
- One time purchase, no renewal
- Rate falls with volume, $0.79 each at 200
- No daily resync, so edited signatures stay edited
Recurring
Subscription
$1.11per user a month at the 5 user minimum
- Unlimited signature changes
- Daily automatic sync from the Google directory
- Marketing Planner for scheduled banners
- Monthly billing in the app, longer terms on request
Before you pay
Trial and discounts
5free credits, no card required
- Nonprofit and education pricing on request
- Sales quote above 1,000 users or credits
- Card or PayPal through Braintree
- USD or EUR, VAT added for EU buyers without a VAT ID
You can mix the two: subscribe the sales team, whose banners change monthly, and keep everyone else on credits. SignatureSatori's FAQ suggests exactly that.
SignatureSatori price per user by company size
The page computes the rate as 0.64 times 0.99628 to the power of the user count, plus 0.485, rounded to the cent. In plain terms, every extra user knocks a sliver off everybody's rate, and the curve flattens toward about 49 cents.
There are no tiers to jump between. A company of 101 pays almost exactly what a company of 100 pays per head.
Subscription, per user a month, USD
Computed from the formula in SignatureSatori's pricing page, the same one its slider uses.
What SignatureSatori costs a year at ten company sizes
The subscription multiplied out to twelve months, next to our yearly plan for the same headcount. Our plans cover Gmail and Outlook; SignatureSatori covers Gmail, so the comparison only holds for a company that runs entirely on Google Workspace.
| Users | Per user a month | SignatureSatori a month | SignatureSatori a year | AutoSignature a year |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 5 | $1.11 | $5.55 | $66.60 | $588 (Team) |
| 10 | $1.10 | $11.00 | $132 | $588 (Team) |
| 25 | $1.07 | $26.75 | $321 | $588 (Team) |
| 50 | $1.02 | $51.00 | $612 | $1,788 (Business) |
| 100 | $0.93 | $93.00 | $1,116 | $1,788 (Business) |
| 150 | $0.85 | $127.50 | $1,530 | $1,788 (Business) |
| 200 | $0.79 | $158.00 | $1,896 | $4,788 (Scale) |
| 300 | $0.69 | $207.00 | $2,484 | $4,788 (Scale) |
| 500 | $0.58 | $290.00 | $3,480 | $4,788 (Scale) |
| 1,000 | $0.50 | $500.00 | $6,000 | $8,988 (Enterprise) |
Read plainly: on Gmail alone SignatureSatori is the cheaper buy at every size, by $258 a year at 150 users and by about $1,300 at 500. If your company is all Google Workspace and price decides, it is a sound choice. The case for paying more is in the next sections. The same totals for other vendors are in SyncSignature pricing and WiseStamp pricing.
Why software directories list SignatureSatori at $5.55 per user
Several review directories quote the SignatureSatori subscription at $5.55 per user a month. That figure is real, but it is the monthly total for the 5 user minimum, the first number the slider shows when the page loads. Five users at $1.11 is $5.55.
The per user rate is $1.11 at that size, and it falls from there. A buyer who reads $5.55 as the seat price overestimates a 100 person bill by a factor of six, $6,660 a year instead of $1,116, and may drop SignatureSatori from a shortlist it belongs on.
Pricing pages built on sliders produce this kind of error, and they change without an announcement. Before you sign anything, re-run the slider for your exact headcount, or use a tool that tracks pricing page changes across the vendors you are comparing.
Is SignatureSatori cheaper on credits or a subscription
Credits are cheaper whenever you update signatures less than about once a month. The subscription buys something credits do not: a daily resync that puts the approved signature back when someone edits their own.
| 50 person company | Credits needed a year | Credits, bought at once | Subscription a year |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2 updates a year | 100 | $93 | $612 |
| 4 updates a year, one per quarter | 200 | $158 | $612 |
| 12 updates a year, a monthly banner | 600 | $330 | $612 |
Credit costs assume the whole year's credits are bought in one purchase at the volume rate; buying ten at a time costs more. The pricing page does not say whether credits expire. Two practical points decide it more than the arithmetic. Without the daily sync, a person who tidies up their own signature in Gmail settings keeps the tidied version until the next credit is spent on them. And new hires need a credit each, so a company that hires every month spends credits continuously anyway.

SignatureSatori is a Gmail product and says so. Its help center notes that it has no direct access to offline clients like Outlook, so a Gmail user who reads mail in Outlook copies the signature in by hand. The day a Google Workspace company acquires a team on Microsoft 365, it needs a second tool and a second bill. We cover both directories at the same depth on every plan, which is the main reason to pay our price over SignatureSatori's. The Gmail side is laid out on Google Workspace email signature management, and the Outlook side on Office 365 email signature management.
When SignatureSatori is the right buy and when it is not
Buy SignatureSatori when
Every mailbox is Gmail
On Google Workspace alone it is cheaper than we are at every size, and it uses the Gmail API rather than a mail relay.
Signatures change twice a year
On credits, a 50 person company can run for under $100 a year.
Buy AutoSignature when
Some people are on Outlook
One console, one template set and one bill for Gmail and Microsoft 365, including an acquired team on the other platform.
Several people manage signatures
Roles let marketing run banners while IT owns deployment, with rollout history and one step rollback on Business and up.

SignatureSatori pricing questions
How much does SignatureSatori cost?
SignatureSatori's subscription costs $1.11 per user a month at the 5 user minimum, $1.02 at 50 users, $0.93 at 100 and $0.50 at 1,000, billed monthly in USD. That is $612 a year for 50 users and $1,116 for 100. It also sells one time credits from a minimum of 10, at the same sliding rate, where one credit covers one signature update for one user.
Is SignatureSatori free?
No. SignatureSatori gives 5 free credits to try it with no card, which is enough to set signatures for five people once. After that you either buy credits, at least 10 at a time, or pay the monthly subscription for at least 5 users. Nonprofit and education discounts are available on request.
What is a SignatureSatori credit?
One credit pays for one signature synchronization of one user from SignatureSatori to their Gmail account. Credits are a one time purchase, so a company that changes signatures twice a year spends two credits per person per year. The subscription replaces credits with unlimited changes and a daily automatic sync from the Google directory.
Does SignatureSatori work with Outlook?
Only for Gmail accounts opened in Outlook, and not automatically. SignatureSatori writes signatures to Gmail through the Gmail API, and its help center says it has no direct access to offline clients like Outlook, so users copy the prepared signature into Outlook by hand. It has no Microsoft 365 or Exchange integration.
Can I pay for SignatureSatori yearly?
Not from the app. The subscription is a recurring monthly payment, and SignatureSatori's pricing FAQ says longer terms such as six months or a year are supported on request, so you contact them to arrange it. Payment runs through Braintree by card or PayPal, in USD or EUR.
Who makes SignatureSatori?
SignatureSatori is a product of AppSatori s.r.o., a Czech company, and is sold through the Google Workspace Marketplace as Signature Satori, email signatures for Gmail. It applies signatures with the Gmail API, with no SMTP configuration and no mail routing through third party servers.
