Letsignit is a French email signature manager priced at $2 per user per month on an annual subscription, deployed through an Outlook add-in on Microsoft 365 and a native connector for Gmail. It is strong on vCards, campaign A/B tests and a PowerPoint module. If you want the lowest per user price on Microsoft 365, CodeTwo costs less. If you want a flat bill that can be paid monthly, both mail platforms on every plan and no add-in, AutoSignature costs $99, $299 or $799 a month, and on yearly billing it is cheaper than Letsignit from about 120 mailboxes up to 150, and again from about 320 up to 600.
Why US companies start looking for Letsignit competitors
Nobody shops for a new signature tool for fun. The search usually starts with one of four conversations, and each one points to a different answer.
"Why is this a year up front?"
Letsignit's own FAQ says plans are annual subscriptions, and new users added during the term are billed pro rata. For a 150 person company that is about $3,600 committed before the first signature ships. Some finance teams are fine with that. Others want a tool they can pay monthly and stop in any month.
"The bill keeps climbing with headcount"
At $2 a user, every hire adds $24 a year to the signature line. A company that grows from 150 to 300 people doubles the invoice from roughly $300 to $600 a month. A flat band only moves when you cross its ceiling.
"IT does not want another add-in"
Letsignit lists deployment through its Outlook add-in as the default. It installs centrally and needs nothing from the user, which is the good version of an add-in. Some IT teams still prefer that the signature lives on the mailbox itself so it survives a new laptop, a new Outlook or a phone with no add-in support.
"We only use the signature part"
Letsignit sells a platform: signatures, vCards with wallet QR codes, surveys inside campaigns, and PowerPoint template control. If your team uses one of those four things, you are paying for a roadmap you do not need.

When staying on Letsignit is the right call
You use the whole platform
If sales carries vCards on their phones, marketing runs A/B tests on banners and the brand team locks PowerPoint templates, you are getting three products for one rate. Replacing that means buying three tools.
You sit between 25 and 120 mailboxes
At $2 a user, 60 people cost about $120 a month. Our Business band is $239 on yearly billing at that size. Unless monthly billing or the add-in is the real problem, the math favors staying.
Security review needs ISO 27001
Some procurement teams will not approve a vendor without a named certification. Letsignit holds ISO 27001 and 27018. We do not, and we will not pretend a questionnaire is the same thing.
