For Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
Sigsync alternative for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 teams
Sigsync is one of the cheapest ways to put a company signature on Office 365 mail, and we will not pretend otherwise. Teams look past it when part of the company is on Gmail, when security does not want outgoing mail passing through a vendor's connector, or when they grow past 200 users and the price becomes a quote.

The short answer
Sigsync is an email signature and disclaimer service for Office 365 and Exchange, made by Shifttocloud Inc. of Delaware. Its calculator works out to about $0.60 to $0.72 per user a month on a yearly plan between 25 and 200 users, with a 14 day trial and 24/7 support. It does not cover Google Workspace. AutoSignature costs more at every size Sigsync publishes. Pick us if you run Gmail anywhere in the company, want signatures written to the mailbox with no connector or add-in, or have 200 to 600 users and want a price you can read off a page.

What Sigsync costs at each company size
We ran Sigsync's own price calculator in US dollars on September 30, 2026. Above 20 users the page pre-fills a 20 percent code, and yearly plans from 25 users charge 11 months instead of 12. Both are included below, because that is what a buyer on the page would actually pay.
| Users | Sigsync, monthly plan | Sigsync, yearly plan | AutoSignature, yearly plan | Difference per year |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 | $10 a month | $120 | $588 (Team) | $468 more with us |
| 25 | $19.64 a month | $216 | $588 (Team) | $372 more with us |
| 50 | $38.20 a month | $420 | $1,788 (Business) | $1,368 more with us |
| 100 | $72.80 a month | $801 | $1,788 (Business) | $987 more with us |
| 150 | $104.18 a month | $1,146 | $1,788 (Business) | $642 more with us |
| 200 | $131.98 a month | $1,452 | $4,788 (Scale) | $3,336 more with us |
| 201 to 600 | Custom quote | $4,788 (Scale) | Compare against your quote | |
There is no row where we win on price, and the gap is widest just past a band edge, at 50 and at 200 users. If Sigsync covers every mailbox you own and nothing in the sections below is a problem for you, keep it and keep the money. On monthly billing our plans are $99, $299 and $799. How Sigsync adds a signature, and how we do
Sigsync offers three modes. Two of them send your outgoing mail through its Azure service. This is the difference security reviews ask about first.
Sigsync Server Mode
- 1Employee sends from any client
- 2Exchange Online connector passes the message to Sigsync in Azure
- 3Signature is stamped and mail returns to Microsoft for delivery
Sender does not see the signature while writing.
Sigsync Client Mode
- 1Admin deploys the Sigsync Outlook add-in
- 2Employee writes in Outlook on desktop, web or phone
- 3Add-in inserts the signature in the compose window
No routing, but only where the add-in runs.
Sigsync Centralized Mode
- 1Connector and add-in are both set up
- 2Outlook shows the signature while writing
- 3Mail from other clients is stamped in Azure after sending
Best coverage, and still routes mail.
AutoSignature
- 1Admin connects the Microsoft 365 tenant or Google domain once
- 2We write the approved signature to each mailbox from directory fields
- 3Outlook, Gmail and phone apps pick it up as the user's own
No connector, no add-in, no change to mail flow.
Routing is not wrong. Sigsync's Server Mode is how it reaches mail sent from phones and third party apps, and plenty of companies approve it. But a connector that sends every outgoing message through another company's service is a line item in a vendor risk review, and some legal, health and finance teams would rather not have it. The platform detail is on Office 365 email signature management and Exchange signature management.
Where Sigsync wins and where we do
Sigsync is the better pick when
Price is the deciding line
Under a dollar per user at every published size. Nothing in the category we have checked is meaningfully cheaper on Microsoft 365.
You are Microsoft only and staying that way
Office 365 and Exchange are all it covers, and it covers them three ways.
You want someone to design the template
Sigsync advertises a free signature creation service and support around the clock.
AutoSignature is the better pick when
Any part of the company runs Gmail
An acquired team on Google Workspace, a field office on Gmail. One template set covers both platforms on every plan.
Mail flow is off limits
No Exchange connector and no Outlook add-in. The signature sits on the mailbox, so there is nothing to route and nothing to install.
You have 200 to 600 users
Scale is $399 a month on yearly billing up to 600 mailboxes, published, with no call required.
Sigsync vs AutoSignature, feature by feature
The Sigsync column comes from its pricing page, homepage and knowledge base, read in September 2026. Where a point is not described there, the table says so instead of guessing.

Who moves from Sigsync to AutoSignature
The company that bought a Gmail shop
A 180 person Microsoft 365 firm acquires a 40 person agency on Google Workspace. Sigsync signs 180 of 220 mailboxes and the other 40 go out with whatever each person typed. One template set on both platforms ends that on day one.
The practice whose vendor review flagged routing
A medical practice or a law firm asks every vendor that touches outgoing mail for the same paperwork. A tool that never sees the message body answers most of the questions before they are asked.
The 300 person company that wants a number
Past 200 users Sigsync quotes. If finance needs a figure for next year's plan before anyone talks to sales, ours is $4,788 a year for up to 600 mailboxes.
Other Sigsync competitors on the shortlist
List prices checked on each vendor's own page. Most of the Microsoft only tools are cheaper than us; the difference is in platforms and in how the signature is applied.
| Tool | List price | Platforms | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sigsync | About $0.60 to $0.72 per user a month on yearly plans; quote above 200 | Microsoft 365 and Exchange | Lowest cost on Microsoft, with 24/7 support |
| CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 | $1.22 per user a month at 10 to 25 users, falling with volume, annual | Microsoft 365 only | Server side stamping with a long track record |
| Exclaimer | $0.90 to $1.75 per user a month, 10 user minimum, annual | Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace | Large campaign and analytics programs |
| BulkSignature | $0.88 per user a month yearly, 10 seat minimum | Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Apple Mail, Front | Low price with a SOC 2 report |
| Newoldstamp | $1.33 to $1.83 per signature a month, annual; custom above 200 | Microsoft 365, Google Workspace | Small teams wanting 24/7 chat |
| AutoSignature | $99, $299 or $799 a month flat, half that on yearly billing | Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, every plan | Mixed platforms, no routing, 200 to 600 mailboxes |
Each has its own page with the full numbers: the Exclaimer alternative, the BulkSignature alternative, the Newoldstamp alternative and the wider email signature management software comparison.
Moving off Sigsync in four steps
- 01
Note the mode you run
Check in Sigsync whether you use Server, Client or Centralized Mode. That decides what you remove at the end: a connector, an add-in, or both.
- 02
Rebuild the templates
Screenshot each template and its disclaimer, save banner artwork and links, and rebuild them in the console above. Name, title and phone map from Entra ID or Google Directory.
- 03
Pilot one group
Connect the tenant and deploy to one team while Sigsync covers the rest. Exclude that team from Sigsync's rules first, or its mail carries two signatures.
- 04
Remove the connector last
When every group shows the new signature, delete the Sigsync connectors and transport rule in the Exchange admin center and remove the add-in under integrated apps.
If the Gmail side is new to you, Google Workspace email signature management covers the admin consent and what employees see.
Sigsync alternative questions
What is the best Sigsync alternative?
It depends on why you are leaving. For the lowest price on Microsoft 365 alone, Sigsync is already near the bottom, so stay unless something else is wrong. For Google Workspace or a mixed Google and Microsoft company, for signatures written to the mailbox with no connector or add-in, or for a published price from 200 to 600 mailboxes, AutoSignature. For large banner programs with analytics, Exclaimer.
How much does Sigsync cost?
Sigsync prices by user from a calculator on its pricing page. In September 2026 it showed a $5 monthly minimum, $1 per user from 5 to 10 users, then a sliding rate with a 20 percent code applied above 20 users: about $19.64 a month for 25 users, $72.80 for 100 and $131.98 for 200. Yearly plans charge 11 months for 12 from 25 users. Above 200 users it quotes.
Does Sigsync work with Google Workspace?
No. Sigsync describes itself as an email signature and disclaimer solution for Office 365 and Exchange, and its pricing, setup guides and knowledge base cover Microsoft only. A company on Google Workspace, or one running Gmail in one division and Outlook in another, needs a different tool for the Gmail side.
Does Sigsync route email through its servers?
In Server Mode and Centralized Mode, yes. Both require Exchange Online connectors that pass outgoing mail through Sigsync's Azure service, which adds the signature after the message is sent. Client Mode avoids routing by using an Outlook add-in instead. AutoSignature does neither: it writes the signature to each mailbox.
Does Sigsync have a free trial?
Yes. Sigsync offers a 14 day free trial and says no card is required. It also advertises extra discounts for nonprofits and schools through its support team, 24/7 technical support, and a free signature design service, which it lists as a paid extra at some competitors.
Is Sigsync cheaper than CodeTwo?
Yes, at the sizes both publish. At 100 users Sigsync's yearly plan works out to about $801 a year, while CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 lists $1.11 per user a month on annual billing, about $1,332 a year. Both cover Microsoft 365 only, so the choice between them is about deployment method and support, not platform.
One signature for every Outlook and Gmail mailbox
Team is $99 a month for up to 25 mailboxes, Business is $299 a month for up to 150 with banner campaigns and roles, and Scale is $799 for up to 600. Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace are in every plan, and yearly billing takes 50 percent off.
