Dynasend pricing and cost per signature at every company size

Dynasend publishes one price table with no plans to choose from, and it is one of the lowest in the Microsoft 365 signature market. The table has a quirk worth knowing before you budget: the rate applies to your whole count, so the bill drops when you cross a tier line. Here is what it costs at eleven sizes and what the price does not include.

The short answer

Dynasend costs $50 a month flat for up to 50 active signatures. Above that, every active signature is billed at one rate set by the count: $1.00 each for 51 to 100, $0.93 for 101 to 200, $0.79 for 201 to 300, $0.70 for 301 to 400, $0.60 for 401 to 500 and $0.55 for 501 to 2,000, in USD, monthly, with no contract. A 100 person company pays $1,200 a year and a 500 person company $3,600. It covers Microsoft 365 only, and on a Microsoft only company it costs less than AutoSignature from 26 to about 1,360 users.

The rate applies to the whole count

This is not a graduated table where only the users above 100 get the lower price. Dynasend's own calculator prices 500 users at $300 a month, which is 500 times $0.60. So 100 active signatures cost $100 and 101 cost $93.93. Every tier line is a small price drop.

Only active signatures count

A signature counts in a month only if that person sent email with it. Staff on leave, seasonal accounts and quiet mailboxes fall out of the bill, which helps a company with a large part time workforce. It also means the invoice is not a fixed number you can put in a budget line.

The Dynasend price drops at every tier line

Plot the monthly bill against headcount and it climbs, then falls back at 101, 201, 301, 401 and 501 users. The biggest drop is at 201, where the bill goes from $186 to $158.79.

Our plans are flat bands, so the line stays put inside each band. Even so, between 26 and 600 users Dynasend sits below us the whole way. Our yearly prices are used here, which are half the monthly ones.

What Dynasend costs per year at eleven sizes

Assuming every user sends email in the month, so every signature is active. Dynasend bills monthly, so a year is twelve invoices. Our column is the yearly price of the plan that fits the same headcount.

2,000$0.55$1,100$13,200$8,988 (Enterprise)

Read plainly: we cost $12 a year less at 25 users, and from about 1,362 users our Enterprise plan, which has no mailbox limit, costs less than $0.55 per signature. Between those two points Dynasend is the cheaper buy, and at 150 users the gap is only $114 a year. If you will not commit to a year with us, our monthly prices are $99, $299 and $799, which widens the gap. Our plan limits are on pricing.

What the Dynasend price includes and what it does not

Included

  • Full service setup

Dynasend's team builds the user portal, the database, the Entra ID sync and the HTML templates, then hands over a finished package. Your part is provisioning the sync and deploying the add-in.

  • Three signature levels

A full signature for new messages, a shorter one for replies and forwards, and a minimal one, either enforced or left to each person's choice.

  • Banners and digital business cards

Schedulable banner campaigns by role based group, feedback surveys, and wallet cards for iOS and Android that stay in sync with the signature.

Not included

  • Google Workspace

Dynasend is built for Microsoft 365 and Outlook. Gmail mailboxes need another product, and a company that acquires a Workspace team ends up paying two vendors. Our Google Workspace email signature management is on every plan.

  • Support for your employees

Its FAQ states that direct end user support is not provided. Admin questions are covered; a salesperson whose signature looks wrong on a phone goes to your own help desk, so plan for those tickets and how they get routed to the right technician.

  • A signature without an add-in

Dynasend works through its Office add-in, deployed centrally from the Microsoft 365 admin center. Cancelling is removing that add-in. If IT is cutting the add-ins each user loads, look at an Outlook signature manager that writes to the mailbox.

When Dynasend is the right buy and when it is not

Buy Dynasend if

You are Microsoft 365 only, between 50 and 1,000 people, happy with an Outlook add-in, and you want someone else to build the templates. Few tools are cheaper for that profile, and the active signature rule helps if many accounts send rarely.

Look elsewhere if

Part of the company is on Gmail, your security team limits Office add-ins, or you need a fixed number for the budget. A flat plan does not move with who sent email this month.

Pick AutoSignature if

You want Outlook and Gmail on one plan, signatures written to each mailbox with no add-in, locked legal blocks by group and rollout history. That matters for a law firm or a medical practice that has to show the notice was there.

Dynasend pricing questions

How much does Dynasend cost?

Dynasend costs $50 a month flat for 1 to 50 active signatures. Above 50, every active signature is billed at one rate set by the count: $1.00 for 51 to 100, $0.93 for 101 to 200, $0.79 for 201 to 300, $0.70 for 301 to 400, $0.60 for 401 to 500 and $0.55 for 501 to 2,000. Over 2,000 is quoted. That is $1,200 a year at 100 and $3,600 at 500.

What is an active signature in Dynasend?

Dynasend only bills team members who send email using their Dynasend signature during the billing month. A person on leave, a seasonal worker who sends nothing, or a mailbox that stays quiet is not counted that month, so the invoice can move up and down with real use instead of with headcount.

Does Dynasend have a contract?

No. Dynasend's FAQ says there is no contract and no upfront fee, and that you cancel by removing the Dynasend add-in from your mailbox profile, at which point invoicing stops. Billing starts on a card, and Dynasend will switch an account to manual invoices paid by card, debit, check or bank transfer on request.

Does Dynasend work with Google Workspace?

No. Dynasend describes itself as an email signature management platform for Microsoft 365, and its supported clients are Outlook for Windows and Mac, Outlook on the web and the Outlook apps for iOS and Android. A company that also runs Gmail on Google Workspace needs a second tool for those mailboxes.

Is Dynasend setup included in the price?

Yes. Dynasend says project setup is included: the user portal, the database, the Entra ID sync server, signature design if needed, the HTML templates and the locations list, delivered ready to use. Ongoing program maintenance such as new logos or templates is also included. Direct support for end users is not provided; it covers admins.

Does Dynasend have a free trial?

Yes. Dynasend offers a free trial and invites companies to request a 90 day trial through a form on its site. Setting up the account needs no payment or card, according to its migration steps, and the team builds your templates before you deploy the add-in to a test group.
