WiseStamp prices every company plan the same way: a base fee plus a dollar per employee. The base fee is what you see first, the per employee line is what grows. Below is what Basic, Grow and Platform really cost at the sizes companies buy at, and which tier you land on once IT gets a say.

Pro+ sits below these for individuals and very small teams: $9 a month including one seat, then $2 for each extra member, capped at 10 people, with 3 templates and 1 admin. The older Free, Pro, Plus, Teams and legacy Basic and Enterprise plans are no longer sold, so any price you find for them on a directory site is out of date. Seats on Basic, Grow and Platform have a 3 seat minimum.

Against Basic and Grow we are more expensive at almost every size. Those plans deploy through an Outlook add-in, a desktop app or a browser extension rather than server side, so they are not the same product at a lower price. Against Platform, the tier that matches what we include as standard, the lines cross twice: level at 50 employees, cheaper with us from 51 to 150, cheaper with WiseStamp from 151 to 450, and cheaper with us again from 451 to 600. Which WiseStamp plan a company actually ends up on
Basic, if one person owns it
One admin and five templates cover a single brand with a sales and a support variant. There are no banner campaigns and no rules. It suits a 20 person office where the office manager sets the signature once a year.
Grow, if marketing drives it
Twenty templates and five admins let marketing run banners by team. Deployment is still client side, so each person needs the add-in, the app or the extension, and phones depend on which client they use.
Platform, if IT signs off
Once IT asks for SSO or for signatures that do not depend on anything installed, the answer is Platform. That is the step most budgets miss: at 100 people it is $289 a month, not $119.
If marketing is the one pushing for Grow, most of the value is in the banner, and the banner is only as good as the artwork on it. Teams without a designer often generate on-brand banner creative from a product page, then rotate it by group. How we schedule banners per group is on email signature banners.
When WiseStamp pricing is worth it, and when it is not
Pay it if
You are under 50 people and happy with client side deployment on Basic or Grow, where WiseStamp is hard to beat on price. Or you are between 151 and 450 people and need Platform, where its base plus $1 lands below our Scale band. WiseStamp also has a wide list of integrations and personal signature apps that some marketing teams value.
Look elsewhere if
You need server side signatures at 51 to 150 people, where our $239 Business plan costs less than Platform. Is WiseStamp free?
No. WiseStamp retired its free plan along with its other legacy plans, and they are no longer sold. It offers a 14 day free trial with no credit card and a 14 day money back guarantee. Trial signatures carry a WiseStamp watermark until you upgrade to a paid plan.
Does WiseStamp charge per user?
Yes, on top of a base fee. Basic, Grow and Platform add $1 per seat per month with a minimum of 3 seats, so the bill rises with every employee who gets a signature. Pro+ includes one seat in its $9 base and charges $2 for each additional seat, with no minimum.
Can I pay for WiseStamp monthly?
Only in some cases. WiseStamp's help center says yearly billing is the default and saves up to 30 percent, and that monthly billing is offered to selected eligible customers, including trial users. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Ask for the monthly figure in writing before you rely on it.
Which WiseStamp plan includes server side deployment?
Platform and Enterprise. WiseStamp's pricing page lists server side deployment and SSO as not included on Basic or Grow. Platform adds both, along with unlimited templates, 10 admins and 3 organizations, for $189 a month plus $1 per employee on annual billing.

Server side signatures on every plan, one flat price
Team is $99 a month for up to 25 mailboxes, Business is $299 for up to 150 and Scale is $799 for up to 600, with about 20 percent off on yearly billing. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 on every plan, signatures written to the mailbox with nothing installed.
