Exclaimer vs Letsignit pricing and features at 25 to 500 users
Both vendors sell per user on a yearly contract, so the comparison looks simple until you notice that Exclaimer has three tiers and Letsignit has one. The cheap Exclaimer line is not the product Letsignit sells. Here are the totals at six company sizes, the tier that actually matches, and the deployment difference that IT usually cares about more than the price.

The short answer
Exclaimer is cheaper than Letsignit at every company size. Exclaimer costs $0.90 per user a month on Starter, $1.45 on Standard and $1.75 on Pro, billed annually with a 10 user minimum. Letsignit costs $2 per user a month on an annual subscription. At 100 users that is $145 a month on Exclaimer Standard and $175 on Pro, against $200 on Letsignit. Exclaimer includes server side signatures on every plan; Letsignit deploys through an Outlook add-in and adds wallet vCards, A/B tests and polls.
How the two price lists work
Both vendors publish a per user rate in US dollars. We read both pricing pages on October 12, 2026, with annual billing selected.

Standard
$1.45
Pro

Starter has one template and a single banner. Standard adds unlimited templates, rotating banners, scheduling and disclaimer management. Pro adds analytics, vCards, Salesforce and HubSpot, HRIS sync and an audit log. Enterprise is quoted. 10 user minimum.
Letsignit
$2 per user a month
Signatures and vCards

Quote
The signature plan includes unlimited templates, campaigns with A/B tests and polls, wallet vCards with QR codes, analytics, CRM and both mail platforms. Slides is a separate PowerPoint module. A Platform bundle of both is also shown at $2. Annual subscription, minimum not published.
The shapes tell you most of the story. Exclaimer lets a buyer who only wants a consistent signature pay 90 cents for it. Letsignit sells one bundle, so a company that will never run an A/B test on a banner pays for one anyway. Each vendor's own breakdown is in Exclaimer pricing and plans and Letsignit pricing.
Exclaimer vs Letsignit cost per month at six company sizes
Monthly totals on annual billing. The last column is our yearly price for the band that covers that many mailboxes, so all three sit in one table.
| Users | Exclaimer Starter | Exclaimer Standard | Exclaimer Pro | Letsignit | AutoSignature |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 25 | $22.50 | $36.25 | $43.75 | $50 | $49 (Team) |
| 50 | $45 | $72.50 | $87.50 | $100 | $149 (Business) |
| 100 | $90 | $145 | $175 | $200 | $149 (Business) |

| 300 | $270 | $435 | $525 | $600 | $399 (Scale) |
| 500 | $450 | $725 | $875 | $1,000 | $399 (Scale) |
| Users, per year | Exclaimer Starter | Exclaimer Standard | Exclaimer Pro | Letsignit | AutoSignature |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 25 | $270 | $435 | $525 | $600 | $588 |
| 50 | $540 | $870 | $1,050 | $1,200 | $1,788 |
| 100 | $1,080 | $1,740 | $2,100 | $2,400 | $1,788 |
| 150 | $1,620 | $2,610 | $3,150 | $3,600 | $1,788 |
| 300 | $3,240 | $5,220 | $6,300 | $7,200 | $4,788 |
| 500 | $5,400 | $8,700 | $10,500 | $12,000 | $4,788 |
Read it plainly: Letsignit is the most expensive per user line in every row, and Exclaimer Starter is the cheapest. The gap between Letsignit and Exclaimer Pro is 25 cents a user, which is $300 a year at 100 users and $1,500 at 500. Our flat bands lose to Exclaimer at 25 and 50 users on every tier, and to Exclaimer Starter and Standard at 100. They win from 150 users up against every column, and by the most at 500. Shared mailboxes such as info@ or billing@ that send with a signature usually count as users at both vendors, so count them before you compare.
Which Exclaimer plan matches Letsignit
Pro. Letsignit's single signature plan includes analytics, vCards, CRM connections and as many templates as you want. On Exclaimer those sit in Pro; Standard has no analytics and no CRM, and Starter holds one template. Comparing Letsignit to Exclaimer Starter makes Letsignit look more than twice as expensive, which is true on the invoice and misleading about the product.
Like for like, the difference is modest: $175 against $200 a month at 100 users, $875 against $1,000 at 500. What is not modest is the difference in how the signature gets onto the email, covered in the next section, and that is usually what decides it.
Per month at 150 users
How each one puts the signature on the email
This is the line in the comparison that IT reviews and the price page does not show.
Exclaimer, server side on every plan
Every message gets the signature, including mail sent from an iPhone, a shared mailbox or a scanner. The trade off is that outgoing mail passes through a third party, which your security review has to sign off, and senders do not see the server side signature while they type unless the add-in is also deployed.
Letsignit, add-in and connector
The add-in is deployed centrally and needs nothing from the user, and Letsignit says mail never passes through its servers. The trade off is coverage: mail from clients the add-in does not run in can go out without the managed signature. SMTP and on premises deployment are in the quoted Enterprise tier.
There is a third route, which is ours: the signature is written into each person's mailbox settings in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, so it shows while they type, with no add-in and no mail relay, and a short mobile variant goes to phones. The centralized email signature management page walks through the rollout step by step.
What you get for the money
| Item | Exclaimer | Letsignit |
|---|---|---|
| Mail platforms | Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Exchange | Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace; Exchange and on premises AD sync in Enterprise |
| How signatures are applied | Server side on every plan, plus an Outlook add-in | Outlook add-in deployed centrally and a Gmail connector; SMTP in Enterprise |
| Templates | 1 on Starter, unlimited on Standard and Pro | Unlimited |
| Banner campaigns | Single banner on Starter, rotating and scheduled on Standard and Pro | Targeted campaigns with A/B tests and polls |
| Analytics and CRM | Pro only | Included |
| vCards and QR codes | Pro | Included, with Apple and Android wallet cards |
| PowerPoint templates | No | Slides module, $2 per user |
| Billing | Annual rates published, 10 user minimum | Annual subscription, pro rata for added users, minimum not published |

Both columns come from the vendors' own pricing pages, so ask for the actual reports during procurement. If this renewal is one of forty SaaS contracts landing on the same desk this quarter, running them through a single procurement workflow with approvals and vendor records saves re-checking the same security answers every time. Which one to buy
Buy Exclaimer if
IT wants every message signed regardless of device, your security team is comfortable with mail routing through a vendor, and you need Standard features at $1.45 rather than a bundle at $2. It is also the only one of the two that covers on premises Exchange without an Enterprise quote. Our Exclaimer alternative page lays out where it beats us.
Buy Letsignit if
Marketing owns the signature and will actually use A/B tests, polls and wallet vCards, you want PowerPoint templates controlled by the same vendor, or your security review rules out a mail relay. Budget for the year up front. The trade offs are on the Letsignit alternative page.
Look at a flat plan if
You have 150 or more people, both Outlook and Gmail, and no use for campaign testing. AutoSignature is $49, $149 or $399 a month on yearly billing for up to 25, 150 or 600 mailboxes, with monthly billing available and no add-in or relay. Pricing is by band, not by head.

Exclaimer vs Letsignit questions
Is Letsignit cheaper than Exclaimer?
No. Letsignit lists $2 per user a month and Exclaimer's most expensive published plan, Pro, is $1.75, both on annual billing. At 100 users that is $200 a month for Letsignit against $90 on Exclaimer Starter, $145 on Standard and $175 on Pro. Like for like with Pro, Letsignit costs about 14 percent more.
Which is better, Exclaimer or Letsignit?
Exclaimer is the better buy when IT wants signatures applied on the server for every device and the budget is tight, because every Exclaimer plan includes server side deployment and Starter costs $0.90. Letsignit is the better fit when marketing will use wallet vCards, campaign A/B tests, polls or its PowerPoint module, which sit in its single $2 plan.
Which Exclaimer plan compares to Letsignit?
Exclaimer Pro at $1.75 per user a month. It is the Exclaimer tier with analytics, vCards, CRM connections and unlimited brand kits, which are the things Letsignit bundles into its $2 plan. Starter has one template and no campaign scheduling, so it is not a fair comparison for a marketing led rollout.
Does Letsignit route email through its servers?
Not on its standard plans. Letsignit deploys signatures through a centrally installed Outlook add-in and a native Gmail connector, and says mail is not routed through its servers. SMTP and on premises deployment are reserved for its quoted Enterprise tier. Exclaimer's plans all include server side deployment, which routes outgoing mail through its cloud.
Do Exclaimer and Letsignit have a minimum number of users?
Exclaimer sets a 10 user minimum on Starter, Standard and Pro, so the smallest annual Standard bill is $14.50 a month. Letsignit does not publish a minimum on its pricing page, so a small team should ask for it in writing before planning on $2 times headcount.
Can I pay Exclaimer or Letsignit monthly?
Letsignit's FAQ says its plans are annual subscriptions, with users added during the term billed pro rata. Exclaimer publishes annual rates and its price simulator also has a monthly view. If month to month billing matters, confirm the monthly rate in the quote, because the published per user prices are the annual ones.
One flat bill for Outlook and Gmail signatures
Team is $99 a month for up to 25 mailboxes, Business is $299 for up to 150 and Scale is $799 for up to 600, with 50 percent off on yearly billing. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 on every plan, signatures written to the mailbox, no add-in and no mail relay.
