Read that table honestly. Against WiseStamp Grow we are more expensive at almost every size, and under 25 people we are roughly $25 a month more. Against Platform, which is the tier that matches what we include as standard, we are level at 600 mailboxes, cheaper at 150 and the gap widens every time you hire, because their line moves with headcount and ours does not. The extension works in a browser and not on phones, and copy and paste cannot carry a formatted signature into Outlook mobile. Mailbox level signatures reach Outlook on Windows and Mac, the web app and both mobile apps with nothing installed.

SSO lands on their Platform plan. Ours is an Enterprise line item. For a 40 person company that needs SAML today, their maths is better than ours, and we would rather say so than talk you into a quote call.

How much does WiseStamp cost?
On WiseStamp's own pricing page in September 2026, the business plans are billed annually as a base fee plus one dollar per employee per month: Basic at $19 a month, Grow at $49 a month and Platform at $189 a month, with Enterprise quoted. The individual Pro+ plan is $9 a month plus $2 a month for each extra member, up to ten people.
So a 50 person company on Grow pays about $99 a month, and the same company on Platform pays about $239.
Is WiseStamp free?
WiseStamp has a free signature maker, but it is a single signature with a fixed template and no central management. Anything a company needs, meaning directory sync, deployment to every mailbox, groups and campaigns, sits on the paid business plans. If you are comparing tools for a whole company, treat the free tier as a template preview rather than a plan.
Does WiseStamp charge per user?
Yes. Every WiseStamp business plan adds one dollar per employee per month on top of the plan fee, so the bill moves every time you hire or lose someone. AutoSignature charges a flat price for a band of mailboxes instead: $99 a month up to 25, $299 up to 150 and $799 up to 600, so the number stays put until you cross a band.
Does WiseStamp work with Outlook?
Yes. WiseStamp supports Outlook through an Outlook add-in, a desktop app, a Chrome extension or copy and paste, and its documentation notes that the add-in is the only client side option that reaches Outlook on iOS and Android. Server side deployment, which needs nothing installed for the user, is on the Platform and Enterprise plans.

What is the best WiseStamp alternative for a whole company?
For a company rather than an individual, the alternatives worth a shortlist are AutoSignature, Exclaimer and CodeTwo. AutoSignature charges one flat price for a band of mailboxes, writes signatures into the mailbox on every plan and treats Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 as equals. Can I move my WiseStamp signatures to another tool?
Yes, and you do not need a cutover night. Rebuild the template once in the new tool, deploy it to a single department while WiseStamp still holds the rest, check it in Outlook and Gmail, then widen group by group. Because the signature is written per mailbox, each group switches when you deploy it, not when the contract ends.
Is a signature generator the same as signature management software?
No. A generator produces HTML that a person pastes into their own mail client, which is fine for one person and falls apart across a company. Management software holds the template centrally, fills it per employee from the directory and puts it on every mailbox, including new hires.
