Letsignit pricing and what $2 per user costs at 25 to 500 mailboxes
Letsignit's price list fits on one line: $2 per user a month, billed for the year. What it does not show is the number you actually sign for, how it moves when you hire, and what you get for the premium over Exclaimer and CodeTwo. This is that math, at the sizes US companies buy at.

The short answer
Letsignit costs $2 per user per month for its Email signatures and vCards plan, in US dollars, on an annual subscription. That is $600 a year for 25 people, $2,400 for 100 and $12,000 for 500, paid for the term. Enterprise, which adds on-premises or SMTP deployment and a dedicated project team, is quoted. On list price Letsignit is more expensive per user than Exclaimer and CodeTwo; it earns the premium with vCards, campaign A/B testing, surveys and a PowerPoint module.

Two things on that page deserve a second look. The Platform bundle was showing the same $2 as each single module when we read it. If you want signatures and Slides together, get the combined rate in a written quote rather than assuming the bundle costs the same as one module. And the minimum number of users is not published, so ask for it before a 12 person team plans on a $24 monthly bill.
Letsignit pricing at six company sizes, next to the alternatives
Per user rates are easy to compare and hard to budget. Here is the monthly figure each vendor's list price comes to, all on annual billing, at the sizes where most signature purchases happen.

Read the Letsignit column as a yearly commitment, not a monthly one. At 150 mailboxes the order is $3,600 for the year. Hire 30 people in March and the pro rata charge for the rest of the term lands on top; lose 30 in June and the bill does not come down until renewal. That is normal for annual SaaS, but it matters when you are comparing against a tool you can pay monthly.
The table also shows where we lose. Under about 120 mailboxes Letsignit, Exclaimer and CodeTwo are all cheaper than our Business band, and CodeTwo is the cheapest option on this page at every published size. Our flat price starts to win at 150 and again at 500, and it wins on predictability everywhere, because the bill only moves when you cross the top of a band. Four things that change your Letsignit quote

Shared mailboxes
Letsignit manages shared and delegated mailboxes. Ask whether info@, billing@ and support@ count as users on your order, because at most vendors a mailbox that sends mail with a signature is a license.

Mid-term hires
Users added during the year are billed pro rata to the end of the term. A company hiring 5 people a month should budget for the year end headcount, not the day one headcount.

Enterprise requirements
On-premises Exchange, SMTP deployment, multi-directory sync and a dedicated project team sit in the quoted Enterprise tier. If any of those is on your list, the $2 figure is not your price.

Nonprofit status
Letsignit says special conditions may apply to nonprofits. There is no published rate, so a registered 501(c)(3) should ask before paying list.
When a flat price beats $2 per user
AutoSignature charges by band, not by head: $99 a month up to 25 mailboxes, $299 up to 150 and $799 up to 600, or about 20 percent less on yearly billing. It writes the signature onto every mailbox in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, with no add-in, and it can be paid monthly.
That model suits three kinds of buyer. A company between 120 and 150 people, or between 320 and 600, pays less than Letsignit's list. A company growing fast inside a band pays the same in December as in January. And a company that cannot or will not commit to a year up front gets a monthly option. It does not suit a team that wants vCards, split tests or PowerPoint control; we do not offer those.

How much does Letsignit cost per user?
Letsignit lists its Email signatures and vCards plan at $2 per user per month in US dollars. It is sold as an annual subscription, so a 100 person company commits about $2,400 for the year. Enterprise, with on-premises or SMTP deployment and a dedicated project team, is quoted.
Is Letsignit billed monthly or annually?
Annually. Letsignit's pricing FAQ states that its plans are annual subscriptions. Users added during the year are billed pro rata for the rest of the term, so the bill rises as you hire but does not fall back until renewal.
Does Letsignit have a free trial?
Yes, for the signatures plan. Letsignit's pricing page offers a free trial on Email signatures and vCards, and routes Slides, Platform and Enterprise buyers to a demo. The trial length is not stated on the pricing page, so ask when you start it.
Is Letsignit more expensive than Exclaimer?
Yes, on list price. Letsignit is $2 per user a month against $1.45 for Exclaimer Standard and $1.75 for Exclaimer Pro, all on annual billing. At 150 users that is $300 a month for Letsignit and $217.50 for Exclaimer Standard. Exclaimer's own tiers are on the Exclaimer alternative page.
Does Letsignit offer nonprofit pricing?
Letsignit's pricing FAQ says special conditions may apply to nonprofits depending on the organization and project, and asks you to contact its team. There is no published nonprofit rate, so get the discount in writing before you sign the annual order.
Why do some sites list Letsignit at $1.20?
Software directories often keep figures from older Letsignit price lists or from a different currency. The live Letsignit pricing page, read in September 2026 with US dollars selected, shows $2 per user per month. Budget from the vendor page, not a directory listing.
A signature bill that stays put when you hire
Team is $99 a month for up to 25 mailboxes, Business is $299 a month for up to 150 with banner campaigns and roles, and Scale is $799 for up to 600. Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace are in every plan, billed monthly or yearly.
